Learn More:

After 15 years of sitting with people through their hardest moments, I can tell you one thing with certainty: Getting better isn’t just a hope—it’s achievable.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the major transitions that catch you off guard. I joined the therapy field because I love people, and have a keen intuition of human nature. With over a decade in this field, I find myself even more passionate about this work today than when I started, as I cherish the opportunity to provide a safe, progress-filled space that helps others overcome challenges.

My focus is helping you understand yourself not just in isolation, but within the context of your relationships, your family, and your history. My approach is about developing a deep awareness of your internal world and strengthening the self-trust you need to reclaim your best self. Together, we’ll explore the patterns of thinking, belief systems, and your relationships that influence your behavior, helping you make sense of what you’re feeling — because that understanding is the foundation of real, lasting change.

Beyond finding the symptoms; we build the version of you that overcomes it.

I've always been drawn to what lies beneath the surface — the patterns, the histories, the quiet beliefs people carry that shape everything about how they move through the world.

Today, I use eight years of experience across clinics, private practice, and community mental health to help others navigate the weight of their challenges. Drawing on my training at the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, I provide a space where you can finally untangle unresolved past experiences and the repetitive patterns holding you back.

My work is insight-oriented and influences focused. I specialize in helping you understand the internal ‘parts’ of yourself and how your history shapes the way you relate to others today. We create a personal roadmap for you, based on proven methods that fit your personality and your life. We work together to shift long-standing behaviors and build a more empowered, self-assured version of you.

What I love most about this work is watching that shift happen—seeing a client move from a place of emotional overwhelm to a life where they feel truly in control and at peace with themselves.

When you recognize the patterns of your past, you gain the freedom to choose your future.

  • Social Anxiety & Self-Esteem

  • Behavioral Challenges

  • Parent-Child Relationship Work

  • School-Related Difficulties & Bullying

  • Peer Dynamics

Therapeutic Training:

CBT , Exposure and Response Prevention, IFS, Collaborative & Proactive Solutions, Nurtured Heart Approach

Learn More:

After a decade of working closely with children and families, I've seen firsthand how emotional struggles and family dynamics shape a child's world and future. That insight led me to pursue my Master's in Social Work at the Wurzweiler School of Social Work

Today, I bring my experience of working in my private clinic, as well as 10 years as a school English principal—a role that gives me a unique, practical understanding of school dynamics and the tools to support children across every environment they move through; to help clients navigate the complexities of childhood and adolescence.

I love when I can help bring calm, stability, and clarity back into a home. I'm passionate about creating a space where kids feel genuinely understood, where parents feel equipped, and where the relationship between them grows stronger.

Because when a child feels understood, they start believing in their own capacity to succeed.
